We’re on a mission to help kids like Sawyer thrive. Strides for Sawyer is a youth-led nonprofit raising funds for Crohn’s disease research, spreading awareness, and showing support to children undergoing IBD treatments.

why we walk

Sawyer was diagnosed with severe Crohn’s disease at just nine years old. What started as hospital visits became a mission to help other kids facing the same fight. We walk to turn his journey into hope, awareness, and progress toward a cure.
